Question: When it sends an email, how does it send it? using outlook? does outlook show the email?
A: SoftActivity Keylogger can sends logs by email using SMTP server. It is the same way as any email client program does. It leaves no traces in Outlook or other email clients you might use. This is the same method as email client programs use.
To view log received in email from other computer you need to install SoftActivity Reports Viewer on your computer.  To do this download and run SoftActivity Keylogger installation and select "Only SoftActivity Reports Viewer" option at the first page instead of "Full Installation". No extra license of the software is required to install Reports Viewer
