Problem: Can not type accented characters when SoftActivity Keylogger is active
Posted by Yuri M, Last modified by Yuri M on 01 June 2011 03:27 PM
Problem: On some computers SoftActivity Keylogger conflicts with some third party keyboard related software. As a result users can not type accented characters, such as for example, á, é, ů, ä, ú, etc. in such languages as Portuguese, German, Czech and some other languages (but not English).

Solution: There is a known conflict between SoftActivity Keylogger and Intel Extreme Graphics hotkeys software. You need go to Control Panel > Intel Extreme Graphics > Hot Keys and turn them off.
Also make sure you have the latest version of SoftActivity Keylogger installed. You can see installed version on About tab.
