Referrals and Search Engines group of reports empty

Q: The search engines, key phrases, spider requests, and referring websites data is not displayed in my reports in Deep Log Analyzer. A: Most possible reason is that your log file does not contain "Referrer" and "User Agent" fields that are required for these reports.
